	Cottage is all on one level with small ramps
	Access to the house is via two main doors
	Master bedroom with a super kingsize bed ( can be adjusted to two height settings) and an en-suite shower room with a wheelchair in shower (shower chair provided).
	Sink is approximately 73cms in height, toilet is specially raised for wheelchair transfer and handrail is by WC

	All lights switches have been lowered.
	Cottage is suitable for wheelchairs up to min.65cm in width.
	Entry to second bathroom is restricted to 60cm.
	All windows, with the exception of the bathroom windows are on wheelchair level
	The owner is a C5/6 Tetraplegic
